Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau Hotel

Located right next to Sands hotel, Artyzen Grand Lapa offers a convenient location for exploring Macau. The hotel features a bright breakfast restaurant with wide tables and a good interior. The rooms are cozy and furnished with modern design, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. The facilities, such as the pool and sauna, are excellent, and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

The breakfast prices are a bit expensive.

As business guests, we loved the stunning suite with balconies and windows that could be opened, providing a unique experience in a high-rise building. The hotel's wonderful atmosphere, excellent rooms, and fabulous swimming pool and sauna were a bonus. The location was convenient, close to Macau center and easily accessible from the ferry terminal. The majority of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, with special mentions to Jessi at the Bella Vista buffet restaurant and Jun at the poolside, who made us feel welcomed and attended to our needs. Good WiFi was also a plus.

We had an amazing stay at a modern yet classy hotel in Macau. The beautiful property, located near the ferry terminal, offered a range of luxurious amenities. The room was spacious with a big comfortable bed and a large, elegant bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. We were also impressed with the convenient location, close to the historical center and with easy access to transportation. we highly recommend this hotel for a five-star luxury experience.

The luxurious amenities and top-notch service at this venue exceeded expectations. the spacious and clean rooms, with their excellent quality bedding and private facilities, made for a truly luxurious stay. the spa and wellness center offered a variety of treatments, including massages and a steam room, while the outdoor swimming pool was heated and refreshing. the garden area was a peaceful place for relaxing, and the restaurant and poolside snack bar offered an excellent selection of food and drinks. the staff went above and beyond with personalized in-room breakfast options and friendly service.

The only minor downside was difficulty in finding the shuttle bus to the hotel, but this was easily solved by asking for directions or taking a closer shuttle. this hotel provided an exclusive and luxurious experience with incredible amenities and service.

As frequent visitors to Macau city, we always choose the Grand Lapa for its exceptional service and facilities. The pool area and restaurants are lovely, and the hotel is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and always helpful, creating a cozy and professional atmosphere. The recent renovation gives the hotel a classy Victorian feel, and the comfortable rooms have all the necessary amenities. The breakfast options are amazing, with a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant staff go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to the Fisherman's Wharf and the Outer Harbour.

Great location, comfortable rooms, and wonderful facilities including a pool with a water slide. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Truly enjoyed the stay.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel's spa and pool facilities were excellent and well-maintained. the location was convenient and easily accessible via a free shuttle bus from the ferry terminal.

Although the hotel was upfront and apologetic about this, it was still disappointing.

The hotel offered a great family experience during Christmas, with pools and play areas for the kids to enjoy. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a shuttle service to the ferry terminal, which was a convenient way to explore the city. the location of the hotel was key, as it was within walking distance to popular tourist attractions like St Paul's and fort ruins. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were excellent, especially the cleaning staff, who were friendly and polite.

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't enjoy during our stay. the restaurants all closed quite early, which was surprising for a hotel, especially one with a casino attached.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal and provides easy access to several casinos, including one of the biggest casinos with shuttle services available. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and great amenities. The friendly and helpful staff offer excellent service, and the breakfast buffet is extensive with a variety of Western and Asian dishes to choose from.

During my stay here, I found that the hotel had exceptional facilities, including a great gym and a luxurious pool with a beautiful view of the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. Additionally, the staff were welcoming, helpful, and accommodating to all my requests. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a variety of Asian, Western, and Continental options. The convenient location was near the bus stop and within walking distance of the city center and ferry pier.
